Awesome Video Monday - 10/27

Energy Explosion

I was playing around with After Effects and Video CoPilot today, and this was the result. There’s a hard edge on the mask of the big energy ball in the middle, which I didn’t realize was there until it was rendered out, but I don’t care to fix it.

Catalyst Conference ‘08

I was sent on a trip to Atlanta this past week to attend Catalyst, which is a leadership conference.  There were a ton of great speakers there, so here are some of the things I pulled from each one.

A Democratic operative pointed out that when Obama holds a rally, 25,000-30,000 people showup, whereas when McCain holds one, he only draws 10-15,000.  The Republican spokesman replied, “That’s because McCain’s supporters are at work.”
