Project Role: Lead designer, Project architect
As Lead Designer for the project, I lead the design direction throughout the design phase and development permit process. I ensured design concepts are integrated throughout the Schematic Design, Design Development and next during the Contract Documents phase. I lead the submissions for Rezoning, Development Permit and Preliminary Plan Approvals with the client. I will be fully involved during Construction Administration, confirming that the original design intent is achieved. I was the day to day contact with the client representative, The City of Calgary and overall project team during rezoning and the development permit process.
